With over 30 years of diverse nursing experience, I am dedicated to empowering nursing students to achieve their full potential. My journey was far from easy. During nursing school, I faced immense personal hardships, including the tragic death of my 5-year-old niece and a miscarriage. These events, along with initially failing my nursing boards, made me doubt my future. However, I persevered and built a rewarding career in med-surg nursing, oncology, radiology, cardiac cath lab, infusion centers, and primarily OB and women's health.
Now, as a seasoned nurse educator, my mission is to make your path smoother and more fulfilling. I believe that with the right support, every nursing student can transform their challenges into strengths. I am here to share my knowledge, insights, and the confidence that comes from overcoming adversity.
